 Come learn how to identify and make medicine from locally foraged seaweeds. You will also learn how simple and satisfying it is to make your own Sea Salt!

Join Perro Salado mixologist at The Huddle for an intro to mocktails, just in time for the holidays. Taste a variety of zero proof liquors, wine, and beer and make mocktails with seasonal flavors.

Tuesdays

No Class 11/22!

This Class is for those struggling with anxiety & depression. Using creativity, cognitive, and behavioral techniques this group will move you towards feeling more empowered, joyful and authentic. Led by clinical social worker, Angela Gallo. Attend the whole series or just one or two classes.

 Third Wednesday of the Month 6pm

 We play games, discuss literature, watch movies, make new friends, and just have fun! A safe processing space for all members of the LGBTQIA+

Come sip and shop for art while supporting a local non-profit. Proceeds of the sales will benefit Newport Pride.

2-day DIY herbal holiday gift workshops. Leave with homemade herbal gifts for family and friends including: teas, bath soaks, smudge sticks, and elderberry syrup. Sign up for 1 or both days.

Get more done BY Having More Fun. Adult recess is for people who want to connect with fun humans while training their brain to stress less and play more. This month we'll use the power of "make believe" as our playground.
